Amir Elion is the CEO of Think Big Leaders, based in Stockholm. Amir led the Innovation and Transformation program for Amazon Web Services in the Nordics, helping AWS customers build new products and experiences that delight customers, with Amazon’s innovation methodology. He has previously worked and led innovation activities at Motorola Solutions and Teva Pharmaceuticals. He was also Director of Products in two startups and served as a strategy and innovation consultant to executives and major enterprises. Amir is an expert author and keynote speaker on innovation methods & tools, and on technologies such as Generative AI, Cloud, VR/AR, Digital Twins, and has created online courses with thousands of students on these topics. He has spoken in national conferences, executive summits, and in private C-level sessions with dozens of customers. He has been a guest lecturer in Tel Aviv University Business School, Stockholm School of Economics, Holon Institute of Technology, Sweden’s Innovation Leaders Association, and more. Amir leads the AI Thematic Group at Innovationsledarna - Sweden’s Innovation Leaders Association and is a senior mentor there.
