An overview of the success story

Tobias, you are a digital marketing manager — for which tasks do you regularly use AI?

In marketing, you can support some tasks with AI. I prefer to outsource content creation, data analysis, research and administrative activities. I will then review the results and revise them if necessary.

 

Are there any AI tools that you prefer to use for these tasks? If yes, which?

ChatGPT is ideal for data analysis and the creation, editing and optimization of texts. The results are now so good that you only need to make minor adjustments.

When it comes to administrative tasks and research work, I use Perplexity. I create and optimize image and video material in marketing with Canva AI Features. With a little practice, you can quickly achieve beautiful results.

It's great that you're using the potential of the individual AI tools. Depending on the task, other AI systems are better suited for execution. With the right tool, you're done quickly. What other benefits have you had from using artificial intelligence?

I'm much more efficient than I was before using AI. This leaves more time and focus for topics and projects that are more important. In general, I am very happy to have built up a solid “AI toolbox” for a wide range of applications through the AI courses from mytalents.ai.

Were you also able to gain new skills through AI?

Not really a new skill, but I'm not the best copywriter and that's definitely where AI helps. The result is creative texts that are created in a short period of time. I simply refine the results — that's a huge relief.

It's great to hear that artificial intelligence is helping you in areas that would otherwise require a lot more attention from you. Have you already successfully used AI in a project? If yes, in which one?

Yes, when creating a concept for an in-depth analysis of the email marketing performance of our marketing emails. On the one hand, I used AI to research existing frameworks, generate and refine ideas. I then converted all input into a finished concept. The result was a solid concept that enabled us to analyze and evaluate the performance of our email marketing measures. In addition, we will plan targeted steps from this.

Wow, the AI was able to help with some project steps. In addition to all the positive experiences, have there also been challenges?

At the beginning, it was challenging how to best use the AI tools to get the desired output. Hallucinations are also an obstacle. However, if you know about them, you can verify the results accordingly. Everyone should definitely acquire the ability to formulate clear instructions and recognize hallucinations.
